Meet Laura Tucker - Throughout her career, she recognised that the most successful programs were never defined by flawless logistics alone, but by a deep understanding of people, purpose, and organisational goals. That insight led her to establish Eventuate in 2019, creating a strategy led consultancy driven by a more considered, collaborative approach to corporate experiences.
With more than 25 years designing and delivering large scale conferences, incentive travel programs, executive meetings, and corporate events globally and locally, Laura has partnered with blue-chip organisations, industry trade groups, private clients and global associations to create experiences that advance strategic business objectives.
Today, Laura works alongside business leaders to translate complex objectives into thoughtfully designed experiences that strengthen relationships, inspire engagement, and create meaningful organisational impact. Her approach combines strategic thinking with creative direction and meticulous execution, ensuring every program is delivered with clarity, precision, and care.
