Integrate sustainable practice into event planning and delivery, from venue and supplier selection through to on-site logistics
Prioritise venues and suppliers with strong environmental credentials and relevant certifications
Minimise waste through digital-first delegate communications, reduced printing, and responsible catering choices
Reduce travel and carbon impact through considered itinerary design and destination selection
Support local communities and economies by engaging local suppliers and businesses wherever possible
Track and report on sustainability performance for client programs on request.

We review our sustainability performance annually against EarthCheck benchmarks and update our practices accordingly. All Eventuate team members are responsible for upholding this policy in their day-to-day work.
